JIRA UAT Down

Hi,

My JIRA UAT is down since 7 days. we tried to resolve by restarting and stopping the server through PUTTY  but It doesn't work. Can you please help me on this?

Little more info would be great!

• Did it suddenly go down on it's own?
• Was an upgrade done?
• Do you see anything in the logs? plugins failing, error messages,..

The more we know the better we can try and help.

May I suggest you opening a ticket with the support team on: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-server/   with logs and screenshot for investigating the issue.
