We were evaluating the hosted TFS for managing source code and managing Scrum. However, we found major limitation.

We see that we can get Jira + Visual Studio integration.
We would like to have Jira + [some code repository] and Visual Studio all integrated so that when we check in code were are able to associate it with a Jira artifact and such. Can sombody recommend a solution?

Git perhaps?

If you go Git, you could go SourceTree & Stash too. Though I don't use Visual Studio personally.
