JIRA does not preview an MP4 video in MS Edge browser, in Firefox all works

As of March 2021, the MS Edge browser does not preview an MP4 attached video to a JIRA issue. It shows a blank page with play controls.

All works well in the Firefox browser.

We are having the same issue in Edge & Chrome. Firefox works fine. This is only an issue in Windows 10. Mac works fine. We are on DataCenter. This started happening after we upgraded to v8.16.1.

Are you seeing any errors in your log files?  If you F12 when you load the page and click the preview are any errors showing up in the browser?
