JIRA upgrade path from 6.3.3 to 8.x

Hello,

We are running JIRA 6.3.3 on Windows 2008 server (Oracle database) and want to migrate off Windows 2008 and onto Windows 2019 and upgrade JIRA to latest version 8.x.

What is the path to get from 6.x to 8.x?
