JIRA xray - restore deleted screenshots

We accidently deleted an important screenshot, is there any way of getting it back?

Hi @Daniel Cottrell,

Unfortunately once you delete something it is gone. Do you have any backups of your Jira Server? Perhaps you can retrieve that from the backups?

We're just a contracted company, the servers are run by the company itself so we have no control over that kind of thing.

Got it, you may want to check with the administrator in that case and see if they have backups.

I was just hoping there would be some kind of recycle bin for end users. The problem itself got resolved ok :)
