[JMWE]Automatically transition an epic when all its related stories are done.

I need to find a way to transition an epic when all of the stories related to this epic are done.

I am currently using JIRA Workflow Misc Extensions, and I found the post-transition function of "Transition Linked Issues"

However, that post-function doesn't work when there are multiple stories related to one epic.

 Is there another way to do this?

Is there code I can put into the Conditional Execution to make this work?
