JQL Filter slack in jira services management

Hello, I am trying to send an alert filtered by jql to a slack channel and I have not been successful. Yes I do it in a basic way if it sends when a ticket is created, but in jql it does not arrive, I think I am missing some configuration.Captura de pantalla 2024-11-01 a las 10.55.50 a. m..png

You need to configure when the message is sent, the JQL is only defining the issues that should be considered. The easiest one is to use Issue is created like this:
