We are having trouble with an incoming mail server using secure_imap where the password keeps expiring. This stops issues from receiving incoming emails. Each time, I check the connection and receive an authentication error. I add the password back in using 'Change Password' to resolve it and the connect passes testing.
A few days later though, incoming emails will stop. I will test the connections again and it will result in authentication errors. I'll add it all back in and confirm it is working, but a few days later it will happen again.
Has anyone experienced this before? And if so, can you share the resolution?
Are you using Oauth 2 or just a standard password?
