We use Average Age Chart from our issues with a specific label.
Let's say that an issue opens on 01/01/2019 and closes on 10/01/2019 but it reopens on 15/01/2019 and "recloses" on 20/01/2019.
Does the gadget take as inputs those dates: 01/01/2019 (creation date) and 20/01/2019 (resolution date)? So we have as a result that issue remained open for 19 days.
Or does the calculation somehow include the period 10/01/2019 - 15/01/2019 that the issue was closed?
