Jira Cloud API Token

Hi, 

is it possible to generate a Jira API token? When I reach the page where I think it may be done: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens

I got only that short message and nothing more: Failed to load API tokens.

Have you tried on another web browser? Do you have an adblock plugin which might blocking the loading?
