I’ve been experiencing an issue with the Jira Cloud for Sheets add-on. Specifically, the scheduled data syncs are no longer working as of four days ago. Previously, my scheduled reports were syncing without problems, but now the scheduler seems to be failing.
Here’s what I’ve checked or tried so far:
Verified that the scheduler is still enabled and hasn’t been paused or changed
Confirmed my Google Sheets add-on is up to date
Manually triggered syncs, which still work, so it seems to be specific to the scheduler functionality
Has anyone else run into this recently, or is this a known issue? Any ideas on what might be causing it—or steps to troubleshoot further—would be much appreciated.
