Jira/ Confluence/ Bitbucket multi client capability

We're investigating our upgrade possibilities to Datacenter for various products. Is there a multi client capability in Datacenter? I don't mean the possibility of setting up different projects with access management. More like having two organizations using Jira datacenter, but split up into two self-sufficient Jira Sofware products running under one datacenter license. Due to clustering capability, I wonder if that is possible.

Well.. Clustering helps you handle scaling.. not setting up one customer on node1 and second on node2.. There is not even easy way to force that. Node is randomly chosen and everything is using same database and shared files system.. 

Of course sharing the same instance by two customers (or more) is possible but since you mentioned that you are not looking for that solution then I think it might be hard to achieve what you are looking for under one DC license.
