Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm searching for help with Jira Dashboard. I want to generate Jira dashboards based on the following data using only basic Gadgets.
1) Organizational details - group or project-wise
Examples of Group names include Dev Team, QA Team, BA, PM, UAT, and SIT OR
Project names include ABC, XYZ, PRN, and MNQ (No. items count, status, assignee, start and end dates).
2) Individual Level: Dev Team Member (Alex) QA Team Member (John).
(No. items count, status, assignee, start and end dates).
3) Quarterly Breakup for Project (No. items count, status, assignee, start and end dates).
4) Release Wise Break up for Project
Since we have basic gadget access, I am attempting to create with it but am unable to do so. Please provide me with basic or free plugins for creating this dashboard.
There are many many apps that can help with this but I am not sure any of them are free. I typically recommend these two apps.

OR
Dashboard Hub

Both of these you will get a 30 day trial but after that will need to be paid subscription base on your highest product license in Jira.
Internal Gadgets might get you partly there or you would need a few different charts in your dashboard to see all of the different data you're requesting.
In cloud utilizing the new teams field and the way you make teams might be helpful in your dashboards especially for these requirements:
"

I would also suggest that you use the release gadget in the dashboard and the internal release feature to help track that data.
I hope this helps. There are reports from your scrum or kanban projects that can help with some of this. I typically use a combination of project reports with dashboards.
Thank you and appreciate your point of view. But still Project demand is to use basic gadget and create dashboard
