Jira Issue

Hi Team,

I am facing below issues in JIRA, could please help me in resolving these (Mars JIRA - https://marsaoh.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=126&projectKey=IFTACNDELV&selectedIssue=IFTACNDELV-747&sprint=456)

  • Currently time tracking done for Story is not linked to it’s associate subtask.
    • For eg.  Story  IFTACNDELV-747 has subtask IFTACNDELV-749, Efforts logs for subtask does not get reflected at story level.
  • Can we link the effort logs reflect at Epic level also like efforts logs for sub-task to be reflected in its story and then its epic and remain hours should get modified.
  • After downloading the list of stories their subtasks, parent link remains blanks
  • Epic name filed remain blank in downloaded list of user stories although it is visible on screen as query output
  • How to generate Epic level report?

Thanks,

koteswara.

Hello,

1. There is a checkbox in the time tracking web panel to include subtasks into the story estimate:

3. What do you mean by downloading? Do you mean export issues to a csv file? Parent Id should not be empty. I just tried it in Cloud.

4. If you mean by downloading the csv file, for stories you should have a look at the Epic Link field. The Epic Name field is available only for Epics.

5. Hava a look at the reports option in the project menu. If you can not find a report, you need, then you can look for add-ons in the marketplace
