Hello,
In watching some demos of the Jira Product Discovery I noticed that there is the ability to share Roadmaps with anyone logged into your company domain.
My question is, does that include Site Access users?
Only a portion of our company are licensed Jira users. Everyone at our company has site access for help desk portal submission. We would want to be able to share roadmaps with everyone (licensed and site access only users) the wording of "Open Access" by your company domain isn't super clear to me if that would be possible.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi @Paiton Swaim!
Check out this post explaining the pricing model of JPD with the associated user types:

Bottom line: a stakeholder can be anyone with a free Atlassian account. So yes, you should be able to share roadmaps with everyone in your company. That is my understanding, at least.
Just note: the JPD team is still working on such stakeholder sharing features.
Head over to the JPD group if you have more questions! Tanguy and the team are always super helpful!
Hope this helps! :-)
