Wanted to check how will the Jira Automation triggers be calculated
Scenario A
if my automation rule triggers from the Jira Service Desk ticket and creates a clone on the Jira Software project.
Will it be counted as 1 used on Jira Service desk project
Scenario B
What happens when the trigger from Jira software updates the fields on Jira Service desk ticket? (And is this possible)
Will it be counted as 1 used only on Jira Service software project or both?
We are concerned because have the Standard plan on Service desk (500 automation triggers per month) and Premium (unlimited) on Jira software.
