image.pngファイルは「jira-software-application-8.8.0.obr」でインストールしました。日本語にするには設定を変更するのでしょうか。日本語版のJira Service Deskをインストールするのでしょうか。

以下手順にて言語パックをインストールいただき問題が解消されるかご確認いただけますでしょうか。

  1. packages.atlassian.com にて以下 jar をダウンロード 
    1. jira-software-language-pack-ja_JP/8.8.0.v20200304000000/jira-software-language-pack-ja_JP-8.8.0.v20200304000000.jar
  2. Jira 管理 > アプリケーション > バージョンとライセンス > アプリケーションをアップロード より先程の jar をインストール
