Jira Software "This site is already taken."

I have an Atlassian account (for bitbucket) and we would now like to setup a cloud version of Jira Software.

When filling out the form on https://www.atlassian.com/try/cloud/signup?bundle=jira-software is says "This site is already taken." when trying out to fill out "nabenik" but the URL https://nabenik.atlassian.net/ says page unavailable. 

I saw in in this post that I need support to make my site available.

Can you contact the support team via  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ ? They can enable the site for you.
