I'm creating a workflow for decommissioning computers for the company I work for.
It's a multi step process that involves assigning the ticket to one group of people to remove from AD, for instance, and then having the ticket assigned to another group to complete another step of the process and so fourth.
I want to be able to create time limits of 2 days for each step in the process. If the ticket sits in one group's queue for longer than two days, an email is sent to my manager to notify him.
Is this possible?
