Jira and Fisheye/Crucible Integration

Hello,

I am interested in integrating Jira and Fisheye/Crucible, but have concerns about the security of our source code.  If integrated, is the source code viewable from within Jira, or only if directly accessing Fisheye/Crucible?

The code will not be shown in Jira, all you see is who did the commit, the commit number, commit message, date and how many files. In order to see the content of the file you need access to the Fisheye/Crucible.
