Jira dashboard gadget not showing linked issues

I would like to show a gadget for epics with linked issues in the epic. The gadget currently does not show the issues in the epic.

Epic 1 - status - reporting summary - linked issues

This would include "issues in the epic" as well as any issue linked to the Epic ticket itself.

None are appearing in the gadget.

If you are fine with a mktplace app, to get this data you can have a look at our add-ons -

For cloud only - Issue Hierarchy Reports 

For Server/DC - Agile Tools : Epic Tree, Links Tree, Time in Status & Worklogs

and generate insights such as:

- View the full Jira Issue Type hierarchy of Linked issues,
Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps, Epics, and Subtasks up to 10 levels.

- % complete based on time spent and story points at each hierarchy level

- Sum up Time Spent, Org Estimate, Time Rmng, custom number
fields

Unfortunately, linked issues do not show issues in the epic. This is the expected behaviour.

I suggest you use 3rd party plugins to view the actual links in the epic.
