Jira goes down the next day

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure what the issue is but after i upgraded to Jira 8.17 and i verified that everyone was working fine. I noticed that the next day i could not reach the page. I stopped Jira and started Jira and it told me that JIRA startup failed, JIRA has been locked. I looked for the lock file but i could not find it so I stopped jira again and tried to stop the services. Once i stopped the windows jira service. I started Jira again and i didnt get any error. I started the windows service and it was back up. It happened again today where i repeated the same steps. I am thinking its the windows service that is causing the issue. Any ideas ?
