Jira is non responsive. It just shows loading in the tab and then locks up my Chrome browser.

It is locally hosted and the server portion seems to be fine

Anything in the catalina.out or atlassian-jira.log files indicating a startup problem?

When you say it locks up your Chrome browser, you mean to have to kill it in the Task Manager? Did you try clearing your cache and cookies before re-opening the browser?
