Jira is running only on ipv6

Hi! I got a question, we have a self hosted Jira server which had to be restarted. Everything's working fine except for one little thing, it can be reached only using an ipv6 address. So its regular ipv4 address doesn't work anymore and Os X users can't access at all...

Can you please tell me how to reassign its older ipv4 local address so all users can access as well?
