Since some time last week some parts of Jira aren't working anymore in firefox.
Mostly I noticed it when a ticket workflow triggers a popup dialog. It seems that the blocking of a tracking software is related.
But event with no addons and an exception for the domain those dialogs won't load. Same process works when using chromium.
Tested on Linux with firefox 131.0 (64-bit)
Hi @Luca Fuhl
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I suspect that - Jira Status - Something went wrong on our end (atlassian.com) is affecting Firefox browsers too. Last week, this issue was affecting browsers with Ad block extensions and the Brave browser.
Since you are not experiencing the same behavior on chromium, I would suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian Support to confirm.
Thanks for your answer, I contact my jira admin and we'll raise a ticket with the support.
