Hi everyone,
When users want to access a project on our Jira instance, they create us a ticket through our helpdesk tool.
I would like to ease the process by authorizing people to retrieve the project leaders or project administrators in order for them to request access directly to those people.
Any idea on how I could do that ?

This functionality is not available natively within Jira. It might be possible with a Scriptrunner Scripted field or another plugin to 'juggle' the data into place as Jon suggests. Cheers!
Hi Arthur - I suppose you could set the Approver to the Project Lead or set them by name using an automation rule. Then those persons could so the approval in your JSM tool.
