Hi Guys,
We have jira software 8.13.4 installed on Microsoft server 2016. All works well except for https service. It works for the most browsers like chrome and edge. But if we use ssl certificate checker from https://www.digicert.com/help/, we get the following error message:
The certificate is not signed by a trusted authority (checking against Mozilla's root store). If you bought the certificate from a trusted authority, you probably just need to install one or more Intermediate certificates. Contact your certificate provider for assistance doing this for your server platform.
What I found is that the checker does not get the needed intermediate certificate. But I do not really know how to get the jira server to send intermediate certificate to resolve this problem. Does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks,
George.
Hi @George Fang ,
I think you need to combine the intermediate with your certificate, try to follow the below two articles
