We would like to upgrade to full support and license of our SD.
We are having the startup license for Jira service desk and we are using jira software
Below is the SEN details
1.SEN-13127126 (jira SD)
2.SEN-13127127 (Jira software)
1.I am getting just confuse with the version as we need to upgrade Jira SD asap ?
2.We need to migrate the current database utilization “H2” to “Sql Server 2016” ?
3.The move will not impact our database, plugins currently installed in Jira ?
4.The enterprise support will be provided for our account from Jira ?
Looking forward for your urgent reply so that we can go ahead for the paid license

sounds like this is an Atlassian support issue. Especially if you bought enterprise support.
Support should be able to help you with all that and answer your questions.
