LTS is something with sense for Data Center products.

Cloud product are managed directly by Atlassian team.

Could you be a little more specific / say more?

If you are use Jira Cloud (as your profile and tags suggest) it is the focus and thrust of Atlassian strategy for most customers. It's not going any where. :)

And, like other cloud solutions, the version is somewhat irrelevant. Cloud systems are updated "behind the scenes" regularly.
