Jira webhook attachment added/created issue related events

I'm trying to create a Webhook for an automation rule, to send an email notifying when an attachment has been added to or deleted from an issue.

In the article that describes this process, it requires that under "Issue Related Events", I check boxes for "Attachment - created" or "Attachment -deleted". However, unlike the article screenshot, these options are NOT available in my Jira Webhooks.

How can I make these options available? Otherwise, the Webhook will not work.

The reference material you found applies only to Jira Cloud, not to Jira Server/DC.

I am still looking for information about how to detect that Attachments have been added or removed in a Jira Server/DC environment.

Have you tried using the Field Value Changed trigger for the Attachment field?

What information are you trying to send in the email?

Hi Trudy; thank you for your quick response. In fact, I did set up automation roles using "Field value changed", but I'm having difficulty specifying exactly WHAT and WHEN the attachments changed in the resulting email. That's what spurred my original question.
