Jiras History

Hi, We currently looking into the history of all Jiras created. 
Bugs --> Found, Fixed, Verified (Basically the history of the BUG)
New Work Items ---> Created, Moved to Sprints etc (same would be applied to subtask)

How do I generate the JIRA History, please help

I you need to get all issues with statuses changed from/to new statusyou could use JQL statement like: 

status changed FROM startstatus to endstatus AFTER startOfDay(-5)
