Kanban Board Templates

Hello,
is there a possibility to create templates for Kanban boards in Jira Cloud? This means that within a project there should be the possibility to use preconfigured templates for Kanban boards instead of adding a board that still needs to be configured. 

So, when adding a new board I want it to have specific, columns, issue types, etc. already preconfigured.

Hi @Nicole Zimmermann and welcome to the Community!

Not really. But did you know that you can copy an existing kanban board? Navigate to Your work > Boards > View all boards. Select a board from the list, hit the ... button and select copy.

The new board will inherit the settings from the original board. All you have to do next is update the board filter to display the desired data from the new project source.

Caveat: this only works for boards in company managed projects.
