I've tried this so far: In the 'Email's Body', to the text I've added the field code for the linked issue "Keys of linked issues - [text] - %{00098}" from the 'Field Code Injector' dropdown but it doesn't look like it is working.
I placed the 'Send an email' post-function at the bottom of the list. I got all the text in the email but not the linked issue key.
Hi @Nikhil ,
an ad-hoc test for your scenario has been successful given the following configuration:
How does your exact configuration look like?
Cheers

Hi Thorsten, Thanks for the reply.
My configuration looks like this:
Every other field code I added in the email settings works except the '%{Keys of linked issues}'.

Hi @Thorsten Letschert _Decadis AG_
We are using create issue post-function in a different project which auto creates this issue and links it back to the original issue. The post-function for sending an email is on the create transition of the automated issue.
So yes, the issue link is already set before sending the email.
I see the problem only when the ticket is getting created automatically.
When I manually create the ticket and add linked issue on create screen, it successfully adds the %{keys of linked issues} value to the email body.
