LDAP/AD not pulling all users in jira-user group

I have an AD sync set up to sync with a AD group called jira-users the group has close to 900 users in it however when it syncs with JIRA it seem to only pull 617 of those users.

Look what common factors the users NOT imported have, and compare them to the LDAP filters applied on users. Are they from a different part of the AD forest, that is not within the base DN? Do they have all fields filled out that are required by the LDAP filter? Is the group composed of nested structures(groups in groups), in that case is nested users enabled on the user directory? A few things you could check.
