Left side navigation pane is missing

I was trying to troubleshoot an issue and logged off and back on.  After doing this the navigation from the left side is gone.  The pane I'm talking about is the one that allows you to search, add JIRA issues, access profile and such.  It is not collapsed.  I have cleared the "Cookies and other site data" as well as the "Cached images and files" in Chrome.  The issue does not exist in Firefox.

looks like a browser issue. make sure u r on latest chrome. 

can u also try on incognito mode on chrome and see ? because soemtimes addons or some plugin can also cause issues.

It worked in incognito mode.  Looked at addons and found when I told privacy badger to disable for this site it worked.  Thank you Gurpreet!
