Licensing Question: More info enclosed

Nath August 7, 2023 edited

If I have a license which is due to expire (for example) on the 11th September, and I have a license (which is a renewal) which is supposed to take affect on the 12th, do we risk losing the service for a period of time ???

Can someone confirm this for me ? What happens?? Has anyone had this experience?

Thanks again, I really appreciate the insight from people on here. It is really appreciated.

No, it will be fine.  Licences do not look at the start date, only the expiry date - you can apply the key for your renewed licence any time.
