I get frequent updates on the Jira issue updates to my mail and when I click on the " View issue " button in the mail. The issue is taking me to Jira issues but throwing an error. I am attaching the screenshot for reference of this. Nothing is surfacing upon searching the error code mentioned.
TIA!
I understand you are receiving this error of 13FXB50 when trying to visit the Jira site. I found only one other support case with this exact error. In that case, a user was attempting to use an unsupported browser to visit their Jira site.
Could you let me know what browser and version you are trying to use here?
Our supported browsers list can be referenced here as well. If you are using a supported browser and seeing this error, I would recommend trying to clear the cookies/browser cache to see if this helps.
Thanks
Andy
