Looking for a way to get slack notifications only for a specific request type ticket

Trying to find a bot that sends notifications only when a specified request type in a ticket is created to a Slack channel. I know you can get notifications when ANY ticket is created in a project but is there a way to specify it to only a specific request type? Any help would be much appreciated.

You can achieve this by using an automation, in its simplicity it would looks something like this:
