Looking for a way to pull report from JIRA based on status changes during a specific time frame

I need a way to pull a report that shows how long a ticket sat in one status before it was updated to another for a specific time frame. e.g. show all tickets that during 1/1-1/31 were in a specified status for 7 days or longer.
