Hi,
I have following Lozenges values to single selection custom field.
It was showing On Track to select the value and then showing in color back ground in view screen before my Jira upgrade to 8.13.4. But now the value.
Now the drop down values are showing as it is above values instead of On Track only value and view screen also showing the same as above.
Does anyone know any idea on this?
On Server, look under System configuration near the bottom for "Enable HTML in field descriptions and list item values" and make sure it is on. It can default to off after an upgrade.
Also there are new values in the AUI docs[1] you should look at, some have been deprecated.
Hi Paul, I am an admin for our Team using Jira Cloud.
I'm having the same problem as described in this ticket but do not see "Enable HTML in field descriptions and list item values" as an option under system configurator. Any ideas what could be wrong?
Has anyone been able to replicate this functionality on the latest cloud version?

Hi Jeremy,
I'm on server, and I'm not sure that option is available to Cloud given the potential security risks it could open up. It doesn't appear to be in my demo instance. The only consolation I can give you is that Team Central (née Project Central) is where the idea of using lozenges for field values came from, so you could explore using that.

It helped for Server, thank you very much!
