I Installed Jira Plugin for ms Teams and didn't success with integration

Our Jira Server is public with SSL enabled; I followed plugin documentation step by step but there is a lack of info; I can't find "JIRA ID"; not showing.

would you please share step by step how t integrate "Create Jira Tasks" from teams not just webhooks notification.

How to in details for MS Teams:

• Oauth.
• App Links incoming, outgoing.
• Connectors and Plugins.
