Mailhandler Test Successful but not creating issues

Good Day

I have setup a new mailhandler for a client helpdesk, the tests work succesfully yet when i view the inbox the mails are still there and there are no tasks being created, even though i set it up almost exactly like another mail handler that works and creates issues, the only difference being the board it creates on.

Pleas any help would be greatly appreciated.
