I see several older posts talking about plugins and such. Is there any update to make this a built in function of Jira?
If Field One is checked,
Field 2,3,5 are required.
I believe that JIRA doesn't have built in condition-based post function. See JRACLOUD-36316.
So, the best way would be achieving this via add-ons/plugins.
