Mantis import

I see there's a plugin to import from mantis but it's not showing up under out System->import export area? How do we get the mantis import plugin?

As far as I remember, on the download version of JIRA (not the hosted one) the mantis importer connects to the mantis server and the mantis database. I wouldn't be surprised if the hosted version didn't
propose this importing feature.
I think you will have to export to csv and use the csv importer instead.
