Mark public filter to private in bulk via script.

Hi Team,

I have undreeds of filter which are shared pucblicy and need to change sharing to private via some scripti. Few of users are also inactive. I need help if this could be achieved via some script.

I need similar help on dasboard whic are set public and need to set them private via bulk option through some scrippting.

We are on jira cloud.

To do bulk permission changes to those items via a script will require interacting with the Jira Cloud REST API.

1. The Filter endpoints are for managing filters.
2. The Dashboard endpoints are for managing dashboards
