May I know from which add on this Development Panel on Jira Issue View Page(on the bottom right corner) is Coming ?

Hi @Venkatesh ,

if your Jira is configured with any of the below, Create Branch will be appeared on the board

1 TFS4Jira (add-on)

2. Bitbucket

3. any Git related plugin

you can verify these in 

1. Application links --> Settings --> Applications --> Integrations -->DVCS  Accounts

2. Manage apps  --> Settings --> Manage apps --> Manage apps --> here you can find any plugins related to Git/TFS or any other
