I am working on how to measure speed and progress for a number of teams using the Agile Kanban boards. Are there any gadgets on the dashboard or the reporting function that show the length of time between when an issue/epic is moved form "in progress" to "done"?
Are velocity reports specific to scrum boards? Or can it be done with the estimating of tasks on kanban boards?
Our users do not fill out the start/end/due dates-- although we are open to having several sessions pf the agile poker to estimate the time if that is helpful. Does agile poker allow for any reporting or is it just helpful to see when planing out sprints?
Hi Aileen Ly
The method with a Kanban board to review time is to look at the cycle time which is reported in the Control Chart from this you can see the time spent on different issues and also the overall impact on the Kanban board. By refining the constraints on the report you can even focus in on specific parts of the workflow.
For a guide to other reports available please see

Hope this helps
