Ever had a complete mental block for something? You know you should be able to follow it, but just a solid block? That would be me with Cron.
I am pretty sure I know how to make it work for specific days, but what I am trying to do is add a label to a ticket that comes in between 1730 and 0700 M-F and all day Sat/Sun, and for the life of me I can not figure it out. Will it run on all new tickets created between those hours or only at a specified minute?
Also, I am struggling with the between 1730 and 0700 as it always seems to want to go backward from 0700 to 1730.
Any help you can give me would be super. I have tried many online resources, etc, and 1730 is a problem every time.

The 'Scheduled' trigger and CRON expression is used to schedule the automation rule to run periodically in a particular frequency like every hour, day etc. I think, it would not be useful in your case scenario.
Did you try using the automation rule with 'Issue created' trigger and checking for the issue created date whether it falls within the time frame you are looking for?

Yes and again seem to struggle with the 1730/0700 piece and I don't think I'm getting it >.< There are 2 things I have this mental block for lol, CRON and Chess and somehow they feel similar lol.
