Migrating software project with different Key - Git Hub

We are migrating a Jira Cloud Software project to Jira Data Center. The project is connected to the Git Hub, Development tools are enabled and refers to the issue keys, e.g. AB-1 (Commits, Pull requests etc.). The new project will use a different nomenclature for the key, e.g. KEN-1. Please support us in the field of migration -  how to migrate Development tools?
