Migration data from data center to cloud

Hi team,

Currently, I am trying to find a way to migrate data from data center to cloud and that too only the data. 

We tried migrating our project from Data center to cloud which created duplication of fields using JCMA. Is there a way where we can have to migrate only the data and the configurations stays there.

If you are looking to only migrate data, have you looked at the CSV importer already?

I have tried this. But this project has got 10k issues with attachments, comments, worklogs and pretty much good amount history. 
so was looking a solution in jcma, already the configs are in place in cloud but just that we need to move those 10k issues. 
just a thought, cant we migrate this as a new project to the cloud and then switch the project which we have configured jn cloud.
